Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Tres Vibes. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle it:

Returns: As our items are printed on demand, we don’t currently offer returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description.

Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@tresvibes.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizing, so please double-check the size guides before purchasing.
