All our products are made to order via trusted print-on-demand partners.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue items, or update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all details you provide are accurate and complete.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its authorised payment providers.

Once confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled or amended unless agreed by Tres Vibes.

Shipping

Orders are printed and fulfilled within 3–7 working days.

Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

As all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues or change of mind.
